Yes, advertising and CRO clients are required to sign up for a minimum of three months. This is typically the amount of time it takes to start seeing results, get used to each other’s working styles, and determine if it’s a good fit for a longer term partnership.
Our design team is hyper-focused on social advertising, and they’re experts at creating ads that convert. In 95% of our partnerships, we’re able to create engaging videos with images and video footage you already have for other marketing/branding use cases, like website product photography, organic instagram content, etc. When we take inventory of your creative assets, we let you know if anything is missing so you can plan to include it in your next photo/video shoot.
Onboarding takes about two weeks, from signing a new contract to kickoff call (subject to availability). We have a series of questionnaires for your team to fill out that goes deeper into your branding, goals, target audiences and product value propositions. After you complete the questionnaires, our team kicks it into high gear to complete a thorough competitive analysis, audit of your current ad set up and website, and creative inventory. After that, we build a customized launch strategy and host a kickoff meeting to present our plan.
Uppercase is a preferred Shopify partner, so our engineering team’s expertise is predominantly on the Shopify platform. We also accept WooCommerce sites on a case-by-case basis, but in our experience WooCommerce is much more time consuming to customize.
